This is the corrected August working catalogue, not a final physical bibliography. Later September re-readings are presented separately in the GSS research dossier. Dating candidates, locations, interpretations, and unresolved readings are preserved as distinct evidence layers.
The English commentary accompanies the preserved Chinese record. Quoted historical wording and unidentified characters are retained; candidate readings remain provisional.

Names and recorded roles
Recorded sequence: 江夏号昇名聀人才遇山. It includes Jiangxia and a name / designation formula; further segmentation is required.
Date as written
Guangxu year 32, dingwei, seventh month, day 29; completion recorded as Thành Thái year 19, dingwei, tenth month, day 18. The conflicting original expressions are retained.
Dating candidates in the August edition
Completion layer provisionally 1907; another layer indicates 1906.
Dating rationale
Thành Thái year 19 agrees with dingwei and points to 1907. Guangxu year 32 is 1906, which does not agree with dingwei. It could be an earlier date layer, a copied formula, or an error.

High for 1907; moderate for the 1906 layer.

Jiangxia (江夏), an ancestral / lineage-hall marker.

Code Jiangxia as ancestral / lineage geography associated with the Huang surname, not as a copying location.

Analysis in the August edition
Seven-syllable Nôm lines and small modern Vietnamese annotations illustrate formal choices and later rereading. Jiangxia's value here is genealogical authorization: it organizes relationships among ancestors, surname, and textual authority. It is not proof of biological descent.
Evidence limits and unresolved readings
Check the original pages for the relationship between the two dating systems and dingwei. Treat Jiangxia first as ancestral / lineage-hall geography, not migration evidence.
