This is the corrected August working catalogue, not a final physical bibliography. Later September re-readings are presented separately in the GSS research dossier. Dating candidates, locations, interpretations, and unresolved readings are preserved as distinct evidence layers.
The English commentary accompanies the preserved Chinese record. Quoted historical wording and unidentified characters are retained; candidate readings remain provisional.

Date as written
Copied in dingwei year (丁未), middle third of the second spring month. Page 15 separately records beginning and completing writing on day 3 of the fourth month in yimao year (乙卯).
Dating candidates in the August edition
Provisionally two textual events: 1907 and 1915.
Dating rationale
In the relevant period, dingwei corresponds to 1907 and yimao to 1915. The dates occur on different page layers and should not be collapsed into one copying date. Lu Huangju's 1916 and 1918 books supply a same-person chronology, but do not replace examination of the page layers.

Analysis in the August edition
Separate male and female sections, red circles, and a later Vietnamese pencil layer reveal functional divisions and subsequent reading within one book. The two dates may help identify material layers; they cannot be compressed into one date.
Evidence limits and unresolved readings
Dingwei and yimao may mark different copying / supplementary inscription events. Distinguish them by page layer and handwriting.
