文书大选：该书是越南喃字对照繁体中文的词汇解释书，例如：皇储是写的较大的字，下面用皇太子作为小字批注；然后小字为越南喃字；如果词汇无对应，便是一竖或者一X状跳过；内容按章节划分：有风雨，地理，身体，饮食，人伦，衣冠，家式，舟筏，金玉，报孝，婚姻，公器兵器，羽虫，毛虫，鳞虫，竹木，菜根，补遗；然后都是带一歌字，如报孝歌，婚姻歌；最后书中引用明代内阁首辅、大才子解缙幼年（五六岁时）所作的组诗作为结尾：小儿何处爱，夜梦笔生花。--文书大选
